Flavor Profile: A European species; smooth in texture, woodsy, rich, savory mushroom flavor.  Puts the portobello and common button mushrooms to shame.

Application:  Harvested fresh, same day and brought to you or your establishment.  Delicious sautéed with garlic and green onions, excellent side or topper for your choice in protein, great mixed with pasta or rice, cooked as part of risotto, or made into a main course like a mushroom tartare.  Extremely versatile and great with any dish.
